4. MANAGEMENT OF ORDERS, CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION AND THEIR EXECUTION
After you submit/confirm an order using the Website www.nortbeachwear.com will receive from NORT S.r.l. an e-mail message to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order with confirmation of receipt of the order(s) ("Order Confirmation") which will contain the details of the products ordered.

12. PRODUCT OWNERSHIP

13. DELIVERIES
The products purchased on www.nortbeachwear.com are normally delivered (standard delivery) within 2 working days of the order date in Italy and within 8 working days for all other destinations, provided that payment is received by 2pm on the day the order was placed .
We are currently unable to ship orders to P.O. Box.
Deliveries may be subject to slight delays during holiday periods in which some couriers do not make deliveries on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and/or on the occasion of other national holidays and/or on weekends, but in agreement with the legal provisions in force, the products must in any case be delivered within 30 days of shipment confirmation.
If for any reason NORT S.r.l. is unable to deliver your order within the deadline specified in the Shipping Confirmation, NORT S.r.l. will take steps to notify you as soon as possible and you may choose to cancel the order, in which case NORT S.r.l. We will refund you the amount of the order. Should there be delays in receiving/accepting the delivery, especially if they occur after NORT S.r.l. The products sold from the NORT S.r.l. website include a guarantee on the quality of the products and workmanship, and therefore protect it in the event of defects for the periods indicated below for each type of product.
The guarantee gives you the right to request free replacement if the Products are found to be defective and/or non-compliant. Refunds, if authorized, are generally made using the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase.

16. EVENTS OUTSIDE THE SELLER'S CONTROL

- interruption or failure of communications or transportation facilities;

- earthquake, fire, explosion, storm, flood, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
- Inability to use railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transportation;
- the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
The time for completing the service of NORT S.r.l. is to be considered extended for the period in which the cause of force majeure remains.
17. RESPONSIBILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Sale shall be deemed to be non-compliant, invalid or void, or for any reason unenforceable by any country or any ordinary local court, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Sale and shall otherwise be enforced in the maximum extent permitted by law and in any case will not affect the validity and applicability of any other provision nor will it affect the validity of the other clauses and of the contract as a whole.
19. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
These Conditions of Sale are binding for you as a buyer and for NORT S.r.l. as a seller, and for any other legal entity to which NORT S.r.l. could transfer its rights. You as the buyer cannot and will not, for any reason, assign and/or transfer to any other person the rights or obligations, or part of them, contracted through these Conditions of Sale. Otherwise, and in compliance with legal requirements, NORT S.r.l. can and will assign, assign or otherwise transfer its rights and obligations to third parties.
20. WAIVER
These Conditions of Sale, the Privacy and the Cookie Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between you as a user and/or purchaser and NORT S.r.l. in relation to the subject matter and replaces any previous promise, declaration, agreement, contract and/or understanding between the parties.
