Information on the use of cookies and other tracking tools

Last updated: 21 July 2026. Inventory updated as at the July 2026 scan.

NORT S.r.l. uses cookies and other tracking tools to make the website www.nortbeachwear.com (the «Site») functional and secure and, subject to consent, for analytics and marketing purposes. This Cookie Policy is provided pursuant to Art. 122 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC and the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021.

Pursuant to Art. 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Data Controller is NORT S.r.l., with registered office at Via della Scrofa 117, 00186 Rome (Italy), registered with the Companies Register of Rome, Tax Code and VAT no. 15431241007, REA no. RM-1589913, certified e-mail (PEC) nortsrl@legalmail.it, e-mail info@nortbeachwear.com (the «Data Controller»).

WHAT COOKIES AND TRACKING TOOLS ARE

Cookies are small text files that the sites visited store in the user’s browser or device (the «Device») to record information and recognise the Device or browser on subsequent visits. Similar technologies (web beacons, pixels, local storage, software identifiers) perform similar functions. In this document all such means are referred to as «Tracking Tools».

Technical cookies: necessary for the Site to function and to deliver the services requested by the user (browsing, cart, authentication, security, storing preferences). They do not require consent.

Statistics/measurement cookies and tools: collect information on the use of the Site, including through behavioural analytics and session recording. They require consent, except for anonymised first-party analytics cookies treated as technical.

Marketing/profiling cookies and tools: used, also by third parties, to build profiles of the user’s interests and show personalised advertisements, including on other sites (remarketing). They always require consent.

LEGAL BASIS AND CONSENT

Consent is not required for technical cookies only. For all other Tracking Tools (non-anonymised statistics, profiling and marketing) processing is based on the data subject’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 122 of the Privacy Code), which must be freely given, specific, informed and revocable at any time, as easily as it was given (Art. 7 GDPR). Refusing or withdrawing consent results in only technical cookies being activated and may make certain non-essential features unavailable.

Durations reflect the standard configuration of the respective providers; the list is updated as at the July 2026 scan and is subject to periodic re-scanning, at least every six months and in any event whenever new services, plug-ins or providers are added.

MANAGING CONSENT THROUGH THE CMP

The CMP records consent by means of a specific technical cookie.
