Payments Returns and Refunds

All cancellations, returns and refunds are carried out in compliance with Italian and European regulations on consumer contracts, i.e. any cancellation, return or refund is governed by Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n. 21, which implements Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Dear Customer,
as indicated in our Conditions of Sale, you have the legal right to cancel the purchase and/or make a return during the period allowed/allowed by law for cancellation/cancellation.
The cancellation/return period begins on the date of stipulation of the contract, i.e. from when NORT S.r.l. It sends you the shipping confirmation and lasts for the next 14 days starting from the day after receipt of the item/items. The right of withdrawal applies to both products for sale and those not for sale (freebies and/or other).
If the Product was shipped to you before canceling the purchase, you must return it to NORT S.r.l. within 14 days starting from the day following the cancellation of the order.
If you wish to cancel your purchases, you must follow the procedure in this Returns and Refunds Policy, or if you do not follow the instructions contained therein, you will be considered solely responsible for any damage to the NORT S.r.l. Product.

1 – RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel the contract created by our written order confirmation – without being asked to give any reason – within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or someone appointed by you (other than courier) has acquired physical possession of the product (products) covered by your order.

2 – RETURN PROCEDURE

NORT brand products purchased through the website http://www.nortbeachwear.com they can be returned exclusively to NORT S.r.l. – Returns Department, at the following address Via della Scrofa 117 – 00186 ROMA (RM), taking care to contact our Customer Care in advance in order to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).
Products purchased through other sales channels CANNOT be returned to our Returns Department in any way.
To return a product to the NORT S.r.l. Returns Department. you need to follow the following steps:

  • call to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number;
  • agree on a collection date with the chosen logistics partner; shipping costs are borne by the customer;
  • fill in the required information on the return form included in the package and sign it, if necessary, our Customer Care will be able to send you a return form via e-mail;
  • you must include in the package the return form, all the product accessories, all the free items you received as part of your order, the warranty card (if available) and all other documents in their original packaging;
  • it is necessary to seal the delivery package so that the logistics operator collects a sealed package;
  • it is necessary to keep proof of the return shipment (document issued by the courier) since NORT S.r.l. will not assume any responsibility if you are unable to show this document in the event of loss of the product, as only the goods actually received by our Returns Department will be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3 - CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS AND ACCEPTANCE RULES

NORT S.r.l. will verify that the returned product meets the conditions of our Returns and Refunds policy and, if compliant, will proceed with the refund or exchange or issue a voucher that can be spent on our online platform, valid for 365 days from the issue of the online voucher code.
Our products must be returned in the condition they were received, i.e. new and unused, or in perfect condition and with all protective materials (if present), labels and stickers applied to them (if applicable), as well as with the packaging original delivery, including all accessories and documents. If you received free items as part of your order, these items must be returned together with the returned product(s).
NORT S.r.l. therefore reserves the right not to accept the return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or modified in any way and/or in any part, or if it is different from the original conditions, or the new product, and/or reserves the right to reduce the amount of any refunds following product(s) and/or packaging(s) not in perfect condition.
All returns will be subject to strict quality controls by NORT S.r.l. to ensure that returned products meet these requirements. If the products do not meet the quality control standards, NORT S.r.l. will refuse the return and the products will be returned to you. If the returned product meets quality control standards, we will proceed with the refund or exchange as requested.
Failure to comply with the Conditions of Sale and/or Return and Refund will therefore authorize us to refuse the returned product and send it back to the sender at your expense.
As soon as NORT S.r.l. will have received and validated the returned items, we will send you an email to confirm acceptance of the return.

4 – REFUNDS

It is always possible to return a product purchased via the NORT S.r.l. website - www.nortbeachwear.com  – and obtain a refund, provided that the return complies with our Return and Refund Conditions.
Please note that only the buyer is the holder of the right to a refund, i.e. in no case will the recipient of the product as a gift/freebie (i.e. a "Gift Beneficiary") be entitled to receive a refund. If you are the recipient of the gift and wish to return the product, we ask you to contact us at Customer Care to represent your options.
If the return complies with the Return and Refund conditions, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to refund the purchase price to the buyer, using the same means of payment used by the buyer for the initial transaction, and this within fourteen (21) days upon receipt of the returned item to our Returns Department.

5 – GOODS EXCHANGES

It is possible to return a product purchased via the NORT S.r.l. website. – www.nortbeachwear.com for an exchange with another NORT product, provided that the return complies with the Return and Refund Conditions (Art. No. 3 and No. 4).
When a product is returned to the returns department to be replaced with a less expensive product, only the buyer of the returned product will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference or a voucher that can be used online for 365 days from its issue.
If a product is returned for an exchange for a more expensive product, the difference in price must be paid.

6 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

If a Product is not returned or, if a Product sent via the Returns Procedure does not arrive at our department and the customer is not able to provide proof of shipping, NORT S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse reimbursement.
If the product or products being returned were purchased taking advantage of a special offer that contained several products, in order to benefit from the refund, all products ordered/obtained using the special offer must be returned.
Your legal rights in relation to goods which prove not to conform to the conditions established in this contract stipulated between the parties with the order confirmation (for example if they have been worn, ruined and/or tampered with, etc.) are limited and/or or even excluded from the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.
